American Aerospace Announces Operating Structure following BVLOS UAS Acquisition

Philadelphia, PA [May 1, 2020] American Aerospace Technologies, Inc. (AATI), leader in airborne intelligence for the Oil & Gas industry, announces a new operating structure thatintegrates its recent acquisition of the Resolute Eagle Group 3 Unmanned Aircraft System(UAS) product line from PAE ISR. The Resolute Eagle is on course for obtaining certification to fly commercially in US national airspace above 1,000 feet, and is positioned to support pipeline patrol operations. American Aerospace has organized into three operating groups.

The Airborne Systems Group (ASG) provides InstiMaps™ near real-time mapping systems for emergency response. It also offers pipeline patrol and monitoring services with its AiRanger™ Ai-enabled near real-time threat detection and reporting solution. ASG provides flight services with conventional (manned) aircraft and well as long endurance UAS. American Aerospace ISR™ (AAISR) manufactures the Resolute Eagle Group 3 UAS. And, Sky Scape Industries™ (SSI) manages sUAS products and services forthe electric and water utility, telecom, and energy sectors.

The new companies were established following AATI’s acquisition of the assets of PAE ISR and SSI in December and April of 2019 respectively.
